How much is your delivery charge?
We charge a flat-rate fee per order, regardless of the number of items.
Please note that there may be shipping delays due to the customs, extreme weather conditions and bank holidays. As you can understand we have no control over the postal services or customs, however we will gladly assist you with any problems that may arise.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
You can pay via PayPal or with any
major credit or debit card. Please note that a PayPal account is not
necessary to make a transaction. If you would like to pay with your

What Currencies Do You Accept?
All our prices are listed in British Pounds, but you can pay for your purchase in various currencies – US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars. All European currencies and other world currencies are also accepted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your order, please contact
us and we would do anything we can to
resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us. The item must be sent in it's original packaging and unworn condition. Please include your order number inside the envelope and obtain the proof of postage.
• Returns can only be arranged within 14 days after receipt.
Refunds (if applicable):
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Refunds are available for 30 days after receipt of your items. If 30 days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items lost or damaged in the post:
• If your order was lost or damaged in the post, please contact us and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
All our items are water resistant but not completely waterproof. Please try to avoid direct contact with water, perfumes and chemicals.
